What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every customer by:

• Greeting customers with a friendly, helpful attitude

• Learning about our products so you can confidently recommend the best solutions

• Assisting customers with home improvement, lawn and garden, paint, plumbing, electrical, hardware, and seasonal projects

• Processing sales accurately through our point-of-sale system

• Restocking merchandise and creating clean, organized displays

• Helping maintain an inviting, well-stocked store

• Working alongside teammates to meet sales goals and provide outstanding customer service

• Following safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff

Every day is different, and you'll have opportunities to learn new products, solve customer problems, and grow your knowledge.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Previous retail, sales, or hardware experience is helpful, but we're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
