I love that this store actually hires knowledgeable staff, compared to shopping at Lowe's when you have a question and the only employees that you can find is some teenager that's never even held a screwdriver. They somehow have 90% of the stuff I ever need despite being a fraction of the size so they save me a lot of driving into Greenville. They're not overpriced, and I even received a small gift card reward in the mail for my birthday. I'm always happy to support this local family-owned business.

Coltrain Home and Hardware is a beacon in the community of Ayden. The store is beautiful and welcoming on the outside. It is modern and updated with charm for our small town. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Coltrain Home and Hardware is well stocked and easy to run in and out during a project or to walk around looking and dreaming of projects for your home.
