I needed some hardware for the crib I am making for my first son and seen this store on the way to Lowes. figured i stop in and see if they had what i needed. Sure, enough as soon as i walk in I'm greeted by the friendly staff, and they helped me find exactly what i was looking for. had a great conversation with the staff paid and was on my way in about 15 minutes. if i had gone to Lowes i would have been there for over and hour trying to find what i was looking for and would have been treated poorly.
